Job summary

boxxe is seeking a Senior Microsoft Operations Specialist to ensure Microsoft agreements, renewals, orders and submissions are accurate, compliant and timely. The role involves acting as a SME for operational processes, supporting complex queries, and driving continuous improvement across licensing, sales and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior point of contact for Microsoft Operations, providing guidance and escalation support.
• Process and oversee Microsoft orders, renewals and submissions accurately and on time.
• Use licensing systems to resolve customer, vendor and internal queries.
• Support the team with complex operational questions and training.
• Monitor milestones and SLAs to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate internal agreement records and assist with invoicing queries.
• Deliver training and process guidance to staff and sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
