Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group is seeking a Microsoft Licensing Specialist to optimise customer licensing and navigate the evolving Microsoft licensing landscape. You will work with Sales to identify growth opportunities and support renewals across Microsoft 365, Azure, and related services.

The role emphasizes a consultative approach, strong customer-facing skills, and collaboration with partner teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft licensing in CSP/MSP/reseller environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing models.
• Understanding of New Commerce Experience (NCE).
• Proven ability to identify commercial growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on Microsoft licensing and cost management.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Microsoft solutions.
• Support licensing optimisation for Microsoft 365, Azure and related services.
• Collaborate with sales teams to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
