Job Description:

5 days a week - Office based in London

Up to £70,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones is seeking a Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising Manager to lead our global sales, stock, and profitability strategies across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will be involved in planning and forecasting the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to promote sustainable growth.
• Manage stock flow, replenishment, and markdowns to optimise sell-through and margins.
• Provide data-driven insights to influence buying, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align strategies.
• Ensure a seamless omni-channel product offering, balancing inventory with demand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior planning or merchandising roles within multi-channel retail.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.
• Commercial awareness with problem-solving skills to adapt plans based on market performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is advantageous.
