Job Description:

5 days a week - Office based in London.

Up to £70,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones is seeking a Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising professional to lead our global sales, stock, and profitability strategies across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will be central to planning and forecasting efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to promote growth.
• Managing stock flow, replenishment, and markdowns to optimise sales and margins.
• Analyzing trade performance and providing insights for buying, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align strategies.
• Ensuring a seamless omni-channel product offering, balancing inventory and demand.

Requirements:

• Experience in senior planning or merchandising roles within multi-channel retail environments.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.
• Commercial awareness, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to market changes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is advantageous.
