5 days a week - Office based in London.

Up to £70,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones is seeking a Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising professional to lead our global sales, stock, and profitability strategies across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will be pivotal in planning and forecasting business activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to promote sustainable growth across channels.
• Managing stock flow, intake, replenishment, and markdowns to optimise sell-through and margins.
• Providing data-driven insights to inform buying, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align commercial objectives.
• Ensuring a seamless omni-channel product offering, balancing inventory and demand.

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience in senior planning or merchandising roles within multi-channel retail environments.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in interpreting data and strategic planning (Advanced Excel required).
• Commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities, adaptable to market changes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
• Experience with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is advantageous.
