Here is your opportunity to join the team of global fashion brand, Nanushka as Editorial Marketing Manager.
The Editorial Marketing Manager will oversee editorial content and marketing plans across all channels. This role develops and executes comprehensive 360 marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's objectives, driving engagement and supporting global growth. Focusing on social-first content, the Manager will oversee creative briefs and content planning for social media. Working closely with marketing, PR, creative, commercial, and product teams, they will manage the global marketing calendar to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaigns. They will also lead brand copywriting and editorial storytelling that reflect the brand's luxury positioning and values. Monitoring performance and considering data insights will be key to optimizing content and strengthening the brand's digital presence. This hands-on role is ideal for a marketer with a strong editorial eye and a passion for luxury brand-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute refined, 360 marketing strategies that elevate brand desirability, drive client engagement, and enhance global positioning across owned, earned, and paid touchpoints.
- Own and oversee the global marketing and communications calendar, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of key initiatives across all key markets and teams, and strategically planning marketing activations around internal and external brand milestones.
- Curate and oversee the creation of elevated content narratives, ensuring each campaign, editorial content piece, product launch, and brand activation reflects Nanushka's luxury, crafted modernity ethos.
- Develop, and oversee a calendar of mini content series, tailored to reflect the brand's ethos, internal and external key calendar moments, and to foster a deeper audience connection through relevant storytelling.
- Lead and execute copywriting for all marketing communications, ensuring consistent brand tone of voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Strengthen and lead the brand's social media vision, partnering with the creative team to brief aspirational yet authentic storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, to grow and nurture an engaged community.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, E-commerce, and PR teams, ensuring campaigns are cohesive, timely, and executed to the highest aesthetic and strategic standards.
- Analyze campaign and content performance, delivering on post campaign reports, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to continually refine and elevate brand and trade marketing efforts.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partner relationships with relevant cultural tastemakers, creators, and luxury collaborators to add depth to the brand's editorial content by spotlighting authoritative voices in relevant verticals.
About You:
- 3 years experience minimum in editorial or marketing lead roles
- Experience in fashion/beauty/lifestyle
