5 days a week - Office based in London.

Up to £70,000 + Generous Package

Fella & Jones is seeking a Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising professional to lead our global sales, stock, and profitability strategies across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will be integral to planning and forecasting for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Develop seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to promote sustainable growth across all channels.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Manage stock flow, replenishment, and markdowns to optimise sell-through and margins.
• Trade & Performance Analysis: Use data insights to influence buying, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align strategies.
• Omni-Channel Focus: Ensure seamless product offerings across sales channels, balancing inventory and demand.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior planning or merchandising roles within multi-channel retail environments.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in interpreting data and making strategic recommendations (Advanced Excel skills required).
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills, adaptable to trade performance and market shifts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
• Experience with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is advantageous.
