Overview

Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor – Location: Central London Head Office (with 3-4 days per month required on a European data centre site). Day Rate: Circa £500 via limited company (subject to IR35 assessment).

A fast-growing specialist contractor that predominantly works on data centre and mixed-use commercial projects in the UK and Europe is seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor. The business delivers complete design, planning, installation, and maintenance services for mission-critical infrastructure.

Key duties
  • Manage applications and variations.
  • Estimating and procurement of materials and services.
  • Liaise closely with technical engineers.
  • Ensure budgets, contracts, and project profitability are monitored and maintained.

  • Strong MEP commercial experience, ideally within data centre, fit-out, refurbishment, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects, budgets, and contract types.
