John Sisk & Son is seeking an experienced MEP Lead to drive delivery of MEP systems across large-scale projects within the Life Science team. You will report to the Regional Director and lead cross-functional MEP teams to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes while meeting safety, quality, and energy targets.

You will guide the MEP management system adoption, ensure commissioning aligns with client expectations, and coordinate with pre-construction, procurement and construction teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Over 10 years experience managing large scale MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP supply chains and project dynamics.
• Operational involvement across Estimating, Pre-Construction, installation, commissioning and handover.

Responsabilités

• Assist in delivering Building Services Strategy aligned to Unit objectives.
• Support MEP Technical and Commercial bid activities per Pre Construction procedures.
• Guide tendering and procurement of MEP packages per strategy and objectives.
• Ensure MEP load/energy assessments align with guidelines.
• Provide leadership to MEP teams for successful project delivery.
• Plan resources to manage delivery across projects.
• Ensure adherence to Building Services procedures and project execution plans.
• Coordinate installation/commissioning programs with main construction schedule.
• Coordinate drawings for approval and construction meeting programme needs.
• Track equipment/plant from submittals to delivery and quality checks.
• Oversee QA snagging and progressive inspection of MEP installations.
• Develop site-specific ITP, commissioning and handover plans with MEP contractors.
