Job summary

John Sisk & Son seeks a Senior MEP Lead to join our London Data Centre team. You will oversee delivery of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across large projects, providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers while ensuring compliance with standards and client specs.

Reporting to the Building Services Director, you will drive efficiency, quality and sustainability, fostering continuous improvement and digital tooling use on delivery across projects in London.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, building services or related discipline.
• Professional accreditation or membership of a relevant body (e.g., CIBSE, IET, Engineers Ireland).
• Extensive experience managing MEP delivery on construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Chartered status with a relevant professional body (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery on large or complex projects, ensuring quality, programme and cost objectives are met.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project MEP teams and engineers.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies, standards and best practice across projects.
• Review and approve MEP design, installation and commissioning plans.
• Support project teams in resolving technical challenges and coordinate with stakeholders."],
