Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd in London is seeking a Senior MEP Lead to oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing delivery on large, complex data centre projects. You will ensure compliance with standards, deliver high-quality outcomes, and mentor junior staff under the Building Services Director.

The role requires extensive MEP experience, leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and strong stakeholder engagement to optimise delivery, sustainability and risk management.

Qualifications

• Degree in building services or related discipline.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., CIBSE, IET) preferred.
• Experience delivering MEP on large or complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery on large/complex projects ensuring quality, programme and cost objectives.
• Mentor project MEP teams and engineers; drive policy and best practices.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and supply chain for improved delivery.
