Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking an experienced MEP Lead to join the Life Science team, reporting to the Regional Director. You will deliver MEP systems across large or multiple projects, ensuring on time, on budget, and safety and energy targets.

Lead and motivate MEP teams, apply management systems, deliver integrated and commissioned systems, and coordinate with the Construction Programme. The role offers flexible remote working and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical academic or MEP technical qualification.
• Membership of a professional institution (CIBSE / CIOB / IEI) or equivalent.
• IOSH or equivalent health & safety management training.
• Planning & programming, project management and live energies/arc flash training.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of MEP works across large-scale projects in line with strategy.
• Guide and motivate MEP teams applying management systems and QMS.
• Coordinate tendering, procurement and award of MEP packages.
• Finalize installation and commissioning programs aligned with main construction schedule.
• Develop site ITPs, handover plans and Contractor coordination drawings.
• Track equipment/plant from submittals to FATs, samples and delivery.
• Ensure safety, quality and energy objectives are met throughout delivery.
