Job summary
Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner within the NHS 111 MH option in Greater Manchester. The role involves receiving escalated calls, delivering immediate telephone support, expert advice and signposting to the most appropriate service.

Qualifications
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Experience in crisis care and crisis management.
- Knowledge of current mental health legislation and safeguarding.
Responsibilities
- Monitor calls and respond to repeated contacts from service users.
- Formulate care plans for regular callers in collaboration with practitioners.
- Lead frequent attender management meetings and review care plans.
- Collate data on trends and share insights with the team.
- Collaborate with external agencies to support patient journeys.
