As our Senior Meeting & Events Coordinator, you’ll deliver memorable experiences, be detail-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful moments. You’ll turn events into memorable experiences, personalize guest interactions, and care about making each event special.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end Event Coordination: Manage all event planning stages, from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Client Relationships: Act as the point of contact, providing tailored advice and excellent service.
  • Sales: Convert inquiries into bookings, upsell appropriately, and maximize revenue.
  • System Management: Use Opera and other systems for booking management and communication.
  • On-the-Day Coordination: Oversee events to ensure smooth execution and handle surprises professionally.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Collect guest feedback and collaborate to enhance service quality.
