We are looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave from June 1 to December 1, 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic marketing and events environment.

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover)

Full time (part-time and flexible working would be considered)

Duration: Approximately 6-7 months (June 1, 2025 – December 1, 2025)

Location: Remote; meeting in London once per month + 16 & 17 June on location at an event in London (travel from UK locations paid)

The Role

A temporary Marketing & Digital Events Coordinator to cover a maternity leave from June 1 to December 1, 2025. This role will involve supporting a range of marketing and digital event activities, with a focus on digital content (copy and design), webinar set-up, and social media engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Webinar Management: Assist in launching, promoting, and managing webinars, including creating promotional materials, updating website content, and handling post-webinar tasks like video editing and publishing.
• Email Marketing: Create and schedule digital event emails using ActiveCampaign.
• Content Creation: Develop website content, social media posts, and marketing materials, including graphics using Canva.
• Social Media Management: Manage LinkedIn presence, including posting, engaging with followers, and creating reports.
• Sponsor Marketing: Coordinate with sponsors, including sending out promotional emails and reviewing ad creatives.
• Website Maintenance: Update event pages, create video pages, and manage website takeover ads.
• Reporting: Collect and analyse social media data and create monthly reports.
• Video Editing: Edit webinar recordings for various platforms using Vimeo (very straightforward).
• Miscellaneous: Support other marketing and event-related tasks as needed.

Person Specification

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g. ActiveCampaign).
• Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva or other tools (e.g. Adobe).
• Social media management experience, particularly with LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Zoom webinar management.
• Familiarity with ActiveCampaign and WordPress CMS
