Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Glasgow is seeking a mechanically biased Senior Project Manager to lead a multi-million-pound mixed-use project on the outskirts of Glasgow. You will oversee operational delivery, ensuring safety, technical, commercial, and managerial requirements from bid to completion.

You will lead a team to maximise profitability, manage risks, and maintain strong customer relationships while contributing to strategic business plans and reporting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in mechanical building services within a construction environment.
• Proven track record in managing high-value projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-commencement activities to set the stage for success.

• Guide the team, including specialist sub-contractors, to successful project completion.
• Contribute to business strategy and enhance company communications.
• Conduct contract reviews and prepare project-related reports.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and update business plans.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
