Job summary

MCR Property Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a central Glasgow refurbishment project, overseeing the full delivery with direct labour and subcontractors. The role focuses on end-to-end management, value for money, and health and safety across all phases.

You will manage tenders, contract administration, and cost control, engaging with authorities and coordinating multiple workstreams to ensure timely handover and project success over an 18–24 month window.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing or assisting with basic tender packages.
• Managing tender processes with strong commercial awareness.
• Overseeing contract administration, valuations, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management from inception through handover.
• Monitor budgets, programmes and overall project performance to ensure value for money.
• Lead day-to-day site management of staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate inspections and liaise with authorities and statutory bodies to meet regulatory requirements.
