You will oversee operational delivery, ensuring safety, technical, commercial and managerial requirements are met from bid to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical building services within a construction environment.
• Proven track record in managing high-value projects.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Champion Safety First across all project activities.
• Engage in bid activities to create profitable proposals.
• Lead pre-commencement activities for project setup.
• Maximize efficiency and profitability during delivery.
• Ensure understanding of customer requirements via scope reviews.
• Identify and manage project risks proactively.
• Guide the team and subcontractors to project completion.
• Contribute to business strategy and communications.
• Prepare reports and conduct contract reviews.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director on plans.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
