Qualifications

• Academic Foundation: A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree, with a strong preference for Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of engineering success within the industrial water, wastewater, or fluid process industries.
• Professional Attributes: Highly organised, self-directed, collaborative, with strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design lifecycle for multi-million-pound treatment systems from concept to execution.
• Mentor and develop the core engineering team toward technical excellence and accountability.
• Review and approve project documentation including P&IDs, fabrication drawings, electrical schematics, and BOMs.
