Job summary

Envirogen Group seeks a Senior Engineer to own the execution of major capital projects from concept through field deployment. You will drive technical ownership across design, procurement, and commissioning in a highly collaborative, flat-structured environment.

In this role you will mentor engineers, govern critical documents, and deliver high-performance water and wastewater systems for UK and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering preferred, with strong basis in mechanical, chemical, or civil engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid processes.
• Highly organized, self-directed professional with strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design lifecycle for multi-million‑pound water treatment systems from concept to deployment.
• Mentor and develop core engineering team to foster technical excellence and accountability.
• Review and approve critical project documents (P&IDs, drawings, electrical schematics, BOM).
• Provide cost, labour, and subcontractor estimates for proposals.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to sustain project velocity and compliance.
