Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid processes.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced System Design across end-to-end treatment systems.
• Mentor and develop core engineering talent.
• Governance: review P&IDs, drawings, BOMs and specs.
• Select high-performance equipment and perform hydraulic calculations.
• Support strategic sourcing and vendor governance with data-driven decisions.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with the sales team for proposals.
