Job summary

Envirogen Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to own technical delivery of multi-million-pound water and wastewater treatment projects in the UK, with flexible hybrid or remote options. The role spans from concept design through field deployment, partnering with PM and sales to ensure rapid, high-quality results.

The successful candidate will lead advanced system design, mentor teams, review critical project documents, and contribute to cost estimates and procurement decisions for winning bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater, or fluid processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design lifecycle of multi-million-pound treatment systems.
• Mentor and develop the core engineering team.
• Review and approve P&IDs, drawings, electrical schematics, and BOM.
• Collaborate with sales for cost, labour, and subcontractor estimates.
