Qualifications

• Experience designing mechanical systems for nuclear facilities.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems and associated infrastructure for new and existing nuclear power facilities.
• Develop engineering solutions for modifications, upgrades and plant improvement projects.
• Produce calculations, specifications, technical reports, equipment schedules and design documentation.
• Coordinate interfaces between mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation and control engineering disciplines.
• Work collaboratively with clients, project managers, designers, suppliers and engineering teams.
• Ensure that designs meet applicable technical, safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Manage assigned engineering activities in accordance with project budgets, schedules and quality expectations.
