Help design the infrastructure that supports the future of nuclear energy!
Nuclear power facilities depend on far more than reactor technology. They require complex, resilient and carefully integrated infrastructure to operate safely and effectively.
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support the design and engineering of the essential plant systems that sit around and support nuclear power generation.
This is not a nuclear science, reactor physics or nuclear technology development role. Your focus will be on the practical engineering infrastructure of a nuclear facility, including mechanical systems, equipment, piping, utilities, cooling, water, steam and supporting plant services.
Based in either Glasgow or London, you will work as part of multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering solutions for nuclear new-build, plant improvement and infrastructure modification projects.
The position will primarily involve office-based engineering work, with occasional travel to project, client or plant locations.
You must have the legal right to work within the country that you are applying for (UK).
