Job summary

AECOM Infrastructure and Environment UK Limited in Warrington is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Nuclear sector. You will identify SSCs, define interfaces, and drive system performance through requirements analysis and modelling.

You’ll work with MoD, defence contractors and other teams, preparing technical documentation and applying best-practice SE methodologies. Ideal candidates have MBSE, SysML, V-model experience and are either Chartered or on track, with SC clearance or eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience in MBSE and SysML.
• Understanding of Systems Engineering, the V-model and related lifecycles.
• Degree qualified in STEM or demonstrable engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify SSCs and interfaces, and define relationships.
• Facilitate system performance through requirements analysis and design.
• Identify and mitigate risk through modelling system behaviour.
• Interface with client teams remotely and on-site.
• Author and review technical documentation and processes.
• Apply SE best practices to grow the team.
