Job summary

Nutreco's Trouw Nutrition GB is seeking a Supply Network Planner - Materials and Production to lead end-to-end production and material planning across multiple lines in the UK and Ireland. You will coordinate materials, production orders, and inbound logistics to meet customer demand while minimising risk.

You will work on-site at Ashbourne or Belfast with a senior mindset, strong ERP (M3) and Excel skills, and a focus on cross-functional collaboration to drive stability and continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production and material planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with production scheduling and material planning (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of production processes and inbound/outbound logistics.
• High proficiency in ERP systems (M3 preferred) and Excel (mandatory).
• Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working cross‑functionally.
• A senior mindset with the ability to support and guide less experienced planners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production and material planning across multiple lines to meet demand.
• Coordinate materials, production orders and inbound logistics with cross-functional teams.
• Optimize production sequencing to minimise downtime, changeovers and bottlenecks.
• Monitor demand trends and adjust plans to ensure service continuity.
• Identify and mitigate risks across supply, production and logistics.
• Manage planning activities in ERP systems (M3 preferred) with accurate data and parameters.
• Communicate customer requirements and challenges to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and overall operational stability.
