Job summary

Nutreco's Trouw Nutrition GB division is seeking a Supply Network Planner - Materials and Production. You will own end-to-end production and material planning across multiple lines, coordinating materials, production orders and inbound logistics to meet customer demand while minimising risk.

The role requires strong expertise in production and material planning, ERP systems (M3 preferred) and Excel, with Power BI as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of production and material planning experience in manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience with production scheduling and material planning.
• Solid understanding of production processes and inbound/outbound logistics.
• High proficiency in ERP systems (M3 preferred) and Excel.
• Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Able to work autonomously with ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Senior mindset to guide less experienced planners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production and material planning across multiple lines.
• Coordinate materials, production orders, and inbound logistics to meet demand.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging; manage shortages.
• Plan production scheduling to ensure stable operations and reliable delivery.
• Optimize sequencing to minimise downtime and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate daily with production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams.
• Monitor demand trends and adjust plans to sustain service continuity.
• Identify and mitigate risks across supply, production, and logistics.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and planning parameters in the system.
• Communicate customer requirements and challenges; support continuous improvement.
