Job summary

The Nutriment Company seeks an experienced Planning & Supply Chain Manager for the UK to lead planning, procurement, and end-to-end supply chain activities. You will collaborate with commercial, finance, and operations to ensure on-time availability while improving gross margins.

Responsibilities include demand forecasting, S&OP, supplier negotiations, and managing 3PLs. A strong background in FMCG/meat industries and excellent analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain planning, procurement or operations management.
• Strong forecasting and S&OP experience.
• Proven track record of cost reduction and margin improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management abilities.
• Experience leading a team and collaborating across functions.
• FMCG/ manufacturing or meat industry background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning across UK operations, ensuring product availability and optimal gross margin.
• Own procurement of raw materials and supplier relationships; negotiate terms and drive supplier improvements.
• Manage inbound logistics, 3PLs and freight; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop demand forecasts and production plans; monitor inventory against working capital targets.
• Report supply chain KPIs and risks to senior leadership; drive cost models and GP1 improvements.
