Job summary

Vitality is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to lead analysis across member, brand, content and adviser engagement. Working with Marketing, Data and Tech, you will apply advanced analytics to uncover drivers of engagement and translate complex data into actionable marketing decisions.

You will build measurement frameworks, run A/B tests, and develop segmentations and predictive models using SQL and Python. Experience with Power BI and BigQuery is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing/customer analytics or related field.
• Advanced SQL with large marketing datasets.
• Strong Python for analysis and automation.
• Power BI or similar dashboards experience.
• Experience with cloud data environments like BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis across member communications, journeys and engagement.
• Develop measurement frameworks and KPIs for behavioural impact.
• Analyse journeys to identify patterns and friction points.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to drive engagement and behavior change.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
• Build segmentation and predictive models using SQL and Python.
• Create reusable datasets and scalable measurement solutions.
• Translate analysis into clear, risk-aware recommendations.
