Job summary

Wise is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst specialising in Marketing Data Activation to join its Digital Analytics team. This technical Individual Contributor role sits at the intersection of Digital Analytics, Marketing Technology, and Data Engineering, focusing on data activation across advertising platforms.

You will work with Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, and Marketing Analysts to build a scalable, observable marketing activation capability using SQL, dbt, and related tooling to deliver

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and data transformation.
• Experience with dbt or similar data tooling.
• Experience moving data between production systems.
• Experience with customer or marketing data and identifiers.
• Knowledge of event managers in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
• Collaborative with Data/Analytics Engineers and Software Engineers.
• Able to discuss trade-offs and participate in code reviews.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and problem structuring.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media activation via our data warehouse and the surrounding data ecosystem.
• Move monitoring and observability of activation pipelines into production.
• Use SQL and dbt to build datasets for audiences and signals for activation use cases.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering on modelling patterns and standards.
• Diagnose issues end-to-end in the data chain and understand the full stack.
• Evaluate activation options across warehouse-based or real-time/integration approaches.
