Wiley seeks a Data Analyst to join the Marketing Data, Analytics, and Reporting team, turning campaign and business data into insight that shapes how we invest in marketing across our publishing business. This role demands ownership of data accuracy, proactive investigation, and clear stakeholder communication.

You will write and maintain SQL in BigQuery, build Power BI dashboards, and present findings with a business-focused narrative.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Data Analyst required.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
• Experience with BigQuery or another cloud data warehouse.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain SQL in BigQuery to extract and reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards with clear methodology and limitations.
• Investigate discrepancies and trace root causes across joins and ingestion pipelines.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and defend them under questioning.
