Harnham, a leading analytics consultancy, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive marketing analytics across campaigns and customer journeys. You will translate data into actionable insights and present them to stakeholders, influencing business decisions.

based in London with hybrid working, you will collaborate across clients, support junior analysts, and contribute to strategic analytics planning and account growth.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in marketing or digital analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and or Python.
• Experience delivering insights to stakeholders in a client facing environment.
• Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast paced setting.
• Exposure to data visualisation and dashboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of marketing analytics projects across campaign performance and customer journeys.
• Translate data into clear commercial and customer insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders to answer key business questions.
• Use tools such as SQL or Python alongside digital analytics platforms.
• Support and guide junior analysts while improving team output.
• Contribute to strategic analytics planning and account growth.
