Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Head of Marketing Analytics to own the analytics capability and drive data-led campaigns across outbound channels. You will lead a team of four analysts, translating complex customer data into actionable insight to improve acquisition, cross-sell and retention.

This is a hands-on leadership role with potential to grow into broader senior leadership as analytics maturity advances. Based in the UK and fully remote, you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT and Operations

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record of leading analytics teams and delivering insights.
• Strong experience with customer segmentation, targeting and campaign analytics.
• Ability to translate data into revenue impact and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own marketing intelligence strategy and analytics roadmap.
• Lead segmentation, value-based targeting across revenue streams.
• Build data-led outbound campaigns for telemarketing, sales and email.
• Create campaign effectiveness dashboards and ROI visibility.
• Lead and develop a team of four analysts and insight specialists.
