Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Head of Marketing Analytics to own the analytics and intelligence capability, driving outbound campaigns and customer targeting. You will lead a team of four analysts, turning complex customer data into actionable insights to boost acquisition, retention, cross-sell and reactivation.

The role reports to the Marketing Director, operates in a hands-on leadership capacity, and aims to develop into a broader senior leadership position as the data function grows.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in marketing analytics and data-driven campaigns.
• Proven leadership of analytics teams.
• Strong segmentation, targeting and campaign analytics expertise.
• Experience linking analytics to revenue outcomes.
• Excellent SQL and data warehousing skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tech such as HubSpot.
• Experience with CRM and sales/marketing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the marketing analytics strategy.
• Lead customer segmentation and value-based targeting.
• Identify opportunities across active, lapsed, lost and prospective customers.
• Build data-led outbound campaigns for telemarketing, sales and email.
• Use data to identify acquisition, retention, cross-sell and reactivation.
• Develop campaign ROIs and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations and Contact Centre.
• Improve data quality and CRM usability.
• Support HubSpot implementation.
• Lead and develop a team of four analysts.
• Partner with IT to develop data infrastructure.
• Champion data-driven decision making.
• Establish longer-term analytics embedding across streams.
