Noble is seeking an experienced offshore supervisor to lead and coordinate deck operations, lifting activities, and marine maintenance on MODU assets. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage personnel, and oversee safety-critical processes from lifting operations to ballast and stability calculations.

The role requires extensive offshore experience, leadership capabilities, and proficiency with office and proprietary software.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• MODU Barge Supervisor License or equivalent.
• OPITO approved BOSIET with CA-EBS.
• Completion of Marine Section Leader training requirements.
• Minimum 2 years' offshore marine systems operation/management experience.
• Offshore technical background including stability, fluids, loading.
• Experience in cargo operations and effects on ballast/loading.
• Experience in rig towing/movement operations and weather considerations.
• Experience in department management, scheduling, inventory control, budgeting and personnel management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and management skills; proficient with office and proprietary software.

Mansioni

• Maintain all mandatory certifications per training matrix and management system.
• Respond to emergencies as per MODU station bills.
• Supervise and develop team performance; act as PRLO for lifting operations.
• Review and approve critical/engineered lifting operations; control risks.
• Ensure crane, safety devices, and rig lifting gear inspections and documentation.
• Plan and coordinate marine and barge maintenance; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise stability and ballasting during rig moves; document stability calculations.
• Oversee cargo transfers and ballast adjustments; coordinate with supply vessels.
• Prepare unit for towing; conduct VDL and ballasting operations as needed.
• Supervise hull/marine systems maintenance and safe tank entry procedures.
• Coordinate with Driller to avoid delays in deck operations; supervise deck crew and equipment.
• Ensure propagation of Well Specific Operational Guidelines; maintain logs/reports.
