Noble in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced MODU Barge Supervisor to oversee marine operations, stability, ballasting, cargo transfers and lifting activities on offshore units. You will ensure certification, training compliance, and safe execution of rig moves, towing, and related operations, coordinating with drillers and crew to maintain safety and efficiency.

This role requires leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies in demanding offshore

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience in offshore marine systems operation and management.
• Experience in cargo operations and effects on ballast and loading.
• Experience in rig towing and movement operations and sea/weather conditions.
• Experience in department management, scheduling, inventory control and budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct duties per management system, bridging docs, emergency plans and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain mandatory certifications per training matrix and system.
• Respond to emergencies per MODU Station Bill.
• Supervise and manage team performance.
• Act as PRLO for all lifting activities and control work.
• Review and approve critical lifting operations and assess risk.
• Ensure lifting operations supervised by trained personnel.
• Plan and coordinate marine and barge maintenance per regulations.
