Job summary

Noble Corporation seeks a drilling supervisor to provide drilling expertise and leadership for offshore rig operations in accordance with the contract and well programs. You will liaise daily with Noble’s offshore leadership, operator onshore representatives, and Noble onshore support staff to ensure safe, efficient execution of contract obligations.

Responsibilities include guiding rig teams, implementing maintenance programs, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining strong HSE

Qualifications

• Experience leading offshore drilling operations.
• Ability to promote a safety-first culture.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Apply effective and efficient well execution plans and ensure rig crews operate safely.
• Ensure maintenance and implementation of the Noble Maintenance Program on each rig.
• Lead pre-planning with materials on hand to maximise planned and unplanned opportunities.
• Foster a safety-is-a-value culture and maintain clear onshore/offshore communications.
