Job summary

Capital One (Europe) plc in London is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations to lead international policy initiatives within Capital One’s Global Payment Network and to oversee risk remediation for clients and partners. You will manage a direct report, drive process improvements, and present complex risk and policy updates to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams with direct reports.
• Experience in financial services or payments, incl. EMV, Contactless, and Digital Payments.
• Ability to develop and evaluate operational policy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments affecting operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert, offering operational insights to enhance international network policies.
• Create and execute strategies for network policy consolidation or other international operational priorities.
• Manages a direct report, developing their team through leadership.
• Oversee risk and controls for direct reports and drive continuous improvement.
