Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations to provide domain expertise for international policy within Capital One’s Global Payment Network. You will lead a team, drive risk remediation, and partner across functions to advance policy and controls. Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing direct reports.
• Experience in financial services or payments, especially acquiring, issuing, EMV, and digital payments.
• Ability to analyze policy from an operational perspective.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise to improve international network policies.
• Develop strategies for policy consolidation and international operational priorities.
• Oversee risk and controls within direct report scope.
• Coach and develop team to identify and remediate risk with partners.
