Job Description:

The Metric Bio team is partnered with a global leader in the large molecule CDMO space. We are searching for a Senior Business Development Manager/Associate Director Business Development.

This role involves utilizing the company's global presence, state-of-the-art facilities, and reputation, as well as your own experience in the CDMO/CRO space, to sell Biologics and Antibody services across the UK and Nordic regions.

What will you do?

  • Develop new and existing accounts across pharma and biotech sectors.
  • Attend trade shows.
  • Identify customers requiring large molecule/antibody/ADC services.

What will you bring?

  • B.Sc. or higher in a related discipline.
  • A proactive, hunter's mentality focused on driving new business.
  • Strong understanding of antibodies, from manufacturing or discovery perspectives.
  • At least 4 years of industry experience in business development, preferably in a CRO/CDMO setting.
