The Metric Bio team is partnered with a global leader in the large molecule CDMO space, as we search for a Senior Business Development Manager/Associate Director of Business Development.

Here, you will utilize the company's global presence, state-of-the-art facilities, and reputation, as well as your own experience in the CDMO/CRO space to sell Biologics and Antibody services across the UK and Nordic regions.

What will you do?

  • Develop new and existing accounts across pharma and biotech sectors.
  • Attend trade shows.
  • Identify customers requiring large molecule/antibody/ADC services.

What will you bring?

  • B.Sc. or higher in a related discipline.
  • Hunters mentality - eager to drive new business.
  • Strong understanding of antibodies, from manufacturing or discovery perspectives.
  • 4+ years of industry experience in business development, ideally in a CRO/CDMO.
