Faculty is seeking a Senior Manager to lead delivery within our AI Safety portfolio for Government and Public Services in the UK. You will guide frontier model evaluations and translate research into practical safeguards.

Qualifications

• Experience or passion for Applied AI safety from labs, academia, or evaluation/red-teaming roles.
• Understanding of the commercial consulting delivery model and ability to focus on account growth and project oversight.
• Ability to bridge AI safety research and strategic business challenges, communicating complex ideas clearly.
• Excitement about joining a globally leading team in the fast-growing AI safety ecosystem.
• Flexibility to support broader senior manager work and adopt an entrepreneurial approach.
• Thrives in ambiguous settings with structured problem-solving for high-stakes projects.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and providing thought leadership on delivering novel and complex AI safety evaluations and red-teaming projects for clients.
• Forming strong, trusting relationships with customers, internal safety data scientists, and technical partners.
• Developing and executing proposals to grow AI safety and governance work across sectors.
• Advising clients on AI safety strategy and technical implementation as a trusted partner.
• Mentoring and developing team members, aligning responsibilities with growth in AI safety domain.
• Supporting wider delivery work as a Senior Manager to ensure strategic flexibility and impact.
