Job summary

Faculty is seeking a Senior Manager to lead delivery across our AI Safety portfolio in the UK, driving frontier model evaluations and strategic work with Government & Public Services clients. You will coordinate with data scientists, translate cutting-edge safety research into practical changes, and guide labs like OpenAI and Anthropic toward impactful solutions.

You will shape client engagements, form strong relationships with partners, and mentor a growing team to execute high-stakes projects

Qualifications

• Experience in AI safety, red teaming and safe deployment of AI systems.
• Strong client relations and consulting delivery skills.
• Ability to translate research into practical, actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead delivery of AI safety evaluations and red-teaming projects for clients.
• Build trustful relationships with customers and internal teams including data scientists.
• Develop proposals to grow AI safety and governance work across sectors.
• Advise clients on AI safety strategy and implementation as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery for high-stakes projects.
