Job summary

Faculty is seeking a Delivery Manager for its Public Services team in the UK. You will drive high-stakes AI transformation for government partners, acting as the bridge between external clients and internal technical teams.

You will own end-to-end delivery from scoping to adoption, mentoring teams, and shaping delivery processes. You will engage with senior stakeholders, understand critical mission challenges, and translate them into actionable AI-enabled services.

Qualifications

Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery managing complex project lifecycles.
Proven track record in Public Services or Government contexts.
Exposure to GDS-style digital products and delivering AI-enabled government services.
Owns end-to-end delivery from scoping to user adoption in regulated environments.
Exceptional communicator with senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Practical problem-solver identifying risks and delivering high-stakes projects.
Thrives in ambiguity with structured problem-solving and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects for Public Services clients.
Collaborate with Government stakeholders to understand mission challenges and user needs.
Coordinate with technical, innovation, and client teams to deliver value.
Manage projects, drive development, and ensure value-driven delivery.
Build strong relationships with customers, data scientists, ML engineers, and partners.
Develop and execute proposals to grow footprint in Public Services.
Advise on AI strategy and technical implementation with senior teams.
Mentor peers and build robust team processes and practices.
