Qualifications

• Experience leading a complex engineering or research project from scoping to deployment or publication.
• Ability to align engineering work with research goals and stakeholder needs.
• Understanding of AI safety literature and topics relevant to Human Influence.
• Strong, clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from scoping to production and publication.
• Develop scalable architectures for evaluations and benchmarks.
