Faculty is seeking an Associate in its AI Safety team to scope, build and deliver impactful AI projects for clients, focusing on frontier model evaluations and collaboration with Government & Public Services. You will establish trusted client relationships, analyze requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories for delivery and engineering teams.

You will work closely with technical teams to ensure workflows are efficient, safe, and aligned with customer needs while contributing

Qualificações

• Analytical thinker who can synthesize complex information.
• Experience in labs, academia, or evaluation/red teaming helpful.
• External client-facing experience and trusted relationships.
• Familiarity with Agile and iterative development.
• Interest in Applied AI safety and frontier model evaluations.
