Job summary

Eligo Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer focused on macOS and Jamf Pro to join a central London team. You’ll provide hands-on IT support for Apple devices and broader systems, while mentoring peers.

Join a dynamic media agency with a central W1 office, working in a friendly, collaborative environment that values delivery and customer service. You’ll help manage devices and support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, contributing to improvements and knowledge

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT support or end-user technology.
• Excellent macOS / Apple support knowledge.
• Hands-on Jamf Pro experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to support Apple and Windows environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Willingness to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, hands-on IT support to users across the business.
• Act as a key point of escalation for more complex technical issues.
• Support a predominantly macOS and Apple environment.
• Administer and support Jamf Pro.
• Manage MacBooks, iPhones and other Apple technology.
• Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Work with Entra ID, Intune and endpoint management tools.
• Support a smaller Windows environment where required.
• Manage device provisioning, deployment, patching and lifecycle activities.
• Support joiners, movers and leavers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user issues.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to more junior team members.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You Bring

• Strong commercial experience within IT support or end‑user technology
• Excellent macOS / Apple support knowledge
• Hands‑on experience with Jamf Pro
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
• Experience with endpoint and device management
• Exposure to other technologies such as Intune and Entra ID
• The ability to support both Apple and Windows environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Confidence taking ownership of complex and escalated issues
• A collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge with others

Bonus Points

• Experience in a media, creative or fast‑paced environment
• Experience with automation or scripting
• Knowledge of AI tools or AI‑driven approaches to IT support
• Apple or Jamf certifications
• Experience with video conferencing and workplace technology
• Exposure to endpoint security, networking or infrastructure troubleshooting
• Bash or Python scripting
