Job summary

Eligo Recruitment Ltd in London is hiring a customer-focused IT Support specialist to provide first to third line support for macOS and some Windows users. You will handle calls, emails, tickets, and on-site visits, with a focus on a secure Apple device management environment.

You should bring 1st line support experience, strong networking basics, and familiarity with Jamf Pro or Kandji; Apple or ITIL certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in 1st line support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role
• Confidence working with macOS and ideally Windows environments too
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A customer-first attitude and enthusiasm for learning
• Experience using Jamf Pro or Kandji
• Ideally Jamf Pro or Apple certifications
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or other cloud systems
• Considerable experience using MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or JumpCloud
• Up-to-date IT certifications such as Apple Certified, CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for first, second, and third line IT support for macOS and some Windows users, handling calls, emails, tickets, and on-site support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for a range of users
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, user accounts, and permissions
• Keep documentation up to date with clear notes and resolutions
• Deliver an exceptional support experience both remotely and on-site
