SP Electricity North West is seeking an LV Field Operations Lead (Jointers) to provide technical leadership and coaching across LV jointing. You will monitor safety, quality and productivity of direct labour and contractors, acting as the technical point of contact for operational teams and delivering expert guidance to ensure safe, compliant and efficient work.

You will lead performance reporting in Power BI, coordinate training and plan field resources while supporting business growth

Qualifications

• HNC Electrical Engineering (or working towards).
• Hold or has held operational authorisations enabling you to act as competent person to a level required for the role.
• Hold NRSWA accreditation and a valid UK driving licence.
