SP Electricity North West is hiring a Delivery Manager (Engineering) to lead craft teams across LV and 6.6kV/11kV networks, ensuring safety, reliability and regulatory compliance. You will spend significant time in the field guiding teams, managing workloads and coordinating resources to maximise performance.

The role requires proven leadership, strong technical understanding of electrical networks, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifikationen

Demonstrable leadership experience.
Technical background and understanding; utility or electrical experience beneficial.
Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills.
IT / mobile device literacy.
Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.

Aufgaben

Lead delivery of LV and 6.6kV/11kV inspection and maintenance to ensure a reliable network.
Maintain high health and safety standards across teams and contractors.
Manage unit costs and maximise regulatory incentive revenues; provide timely management information.
Oversee field operations and support teams in the site, including incident response during network events.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints; drive continuous improvement and staff development.
